Interlock System Mandatory requirement for commercial kitchens Ventilation interlock system has been designed to use in commercial kitchens to meet BS6173:2001 If extract or supply fan is switched off when mains are applied to the unit (fan off) indicator will illuminate and no gas flow will be available to the burners. When fans are switched on (fan off) indicator will extinguish and gas flow will be available to the burners In the event of fan failure (either fan) Fan Off indicator will illuminate and gas will be shut off to the burners. When fault on fan has been rectified and fan switched on (Fan Off) indicator will extinguish and gas flow will be restored. The same sequence of events will occur in the event of an air flow switch fault or extractor filter is blocked There is a remote On/Off facility available which can be operated by either a manual remote switch or volt free contact; however gas cannot be switched on if no air extraction is present Special offer £149 Includes: GM-1 Control Unit + Pressure Switch + Tube and Connector + Emergency Push Button plus 3/4” Gas Solenoid Valve (other sizes available) Complies with current CORGI gas regulations
